Artwork Requirements

We prioritize achieving the best quality prints. To ensure this, we need you to provide high-quality images and artwork files for optimal printing results. Before you upload your artwork, please read these artwork requirements carefully. If you don’t, it may lead to delays in processing your order.

Copyright:

Before you upload logos, graphic designs, pictures, and other copyrighted artworks, make sure you hold the copyright or have authorization to use the images or files. We will not take responsibility for any infringement actions.

Artwork File Requirements:

You can upload files in the following acceptable formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and SVG. We highly recommend using AI and PDF formats. Ensure that your files match the exact size of your order.

For image files, maintain a minimum resolution of 96 dpi at 100% of the physical output size. We prefer vector files or higher-resolution artwork files; a 200 dpi image works well for printing.

  • If you have some special fonts in your graphic, please outline all fonts or curves before uploading your artwork.
  • For some thin and small lines that are impossible to print out, we might make the font bold.
  • Please use letters and numbers to name the file, do not use symbol and special character.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.

Artwork Upload & Proof:

You must upload all your artwork as vector files. If you cannot provide vector files, we will need a high resolution artwork file for printing.

Once we receive your graphics, we will quickly review your files to ensure they meet the requirements for producing the best quality output. We will send you an art proof in JPG format to your registered email so you can preview how the final project will look. We guarantee that we will not begin any print work until we receive your final approval.

Color Matching:

We use CMYK mode only. Please convert your files to CMYK before uploading. If you do not convert your files, our staff will convert your original file to CMYK mode and label Pantone C for color matching. (The PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM is used in design, print, and other industries where accurate color is crucial.)

Keep in mind that this conversion may result in slight color differences. While we cannot guarantee a 100% color match, we will do our best to get as close as possible.
